Associate Commercial Construction Project Manager

The Associate Commercial Construction Project Manager is the next career level above Assistant Project Manager. Under the direction of the Construction Team Manager, this position coordinates smaller, lower-risk commercial construction projects or defined portions of larger projects from turnover through closeout. The role has greater ownership and accountability than an Assistant Project Manager while continuing to receive guidance on significant cost, schedule, scope, contractual, and customer decisions. This is primarily an office-based position with occasional site visits.

Account Manager, Sales

The Account Manager develops and supports strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs, coordinating appropriate solutions, and providing responsive service throughout the sales and fulfillment process. The role serves as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and prospects and helps connect them with the company’s equipment, products, and services.
