A local precision optics supplier came to us looking for a more reliable machining partner after experiencing long lead times and inconsistencies with their previous shop. What started as a few small jobs quickly grew into a larger order for these specialized shutter collars.

Through consistent communication and weekly status updates, we were able to build trust and demonstrate our commitment to staying on schedule. The collars were manufactured from stainless steel and used an EDM machine to achieve the unique center square cut feature required for the application.

The final order was completed ahead of schedule, resulting in a positive outcome for the client and laying the groundwork for an ongoing partnership.
