Racking Installation
A clothing distributor required assistance with consolidation of its storage into its new facility in Vermont. Technirack, the company in control of the project, called on Bode to see it through.
Bode recommended the use of a racking system consisting of mono-post beams, rack beams, galvanized pipe to hang clothing, and a Veit rail system in order to move clothing in and out of the facility. In order complete this project Bode used Technirack’s products for all the necessary racking materials. Throughout the facility 2 tier and 3 tier racking was implemented to maximize space utilization. This process was highly labor intensive and in order to combat this, Bode had 4 installation members working on the facility for the duration of the project. The installation team adhered to changes that were presented to them along the way and completed the project in just above 5 months.
This racking system will create an efficient method for the clothing distributor to import and organize its inventory, as well as maintain a high-level of space utilization for storage within the facility.
