Wall Systems are a large part of new building or addition construction as they are the main aspect in creating separation for specific rooms and facilities within the new construction. We specialize in suppyling both interior and exterior wall systems in order to wall off your new facility or addition both inside and out.
Interior Wall Systems
We offer a variety of different interior wall solutions to fit specific applications your new construction may require:
Traditional Stick-Built Walls
The term “stick-built” commonly refers to walls built piece-by-piece on-site instead of constructed from prefabricated solutions. These walls are common for offices, bathrooms, lobbies, conference rooms, and other areas that require solidified separation. We recommend using these wall solutions for applications where the room will be maintained long-term after new construction has been finished.
Modular Walls
Unlike stick-built walls, modular walls are prefabricated and are easily installed into a full system. These walls are used for temporary solutions or need to be built quickly, including modular offices, conference rooms, cleanrooms, and break areas.
Commonly, these structures can be found on warehouse floors or elevated by a mezzanine allowing them to co-exist with warehouse processes efficiently. Thus, keeping warehouse personnel close to their offices and processes.
IMP (Insulated Metal Panel) Walls
IMP walls, abbreviated from Insulated Metal Panel Walls, are ideal for maintaining temperature inside a facility or room. These solutions are usually found on the exterior of a facility, as they are used for the facility wall itself. However, there are other instances where IMP walls can benefit interior rooms within the facility. Industries like food & beverage, medical, or heavy manufacturing come to mind.
Exterior Wall Systems
We work with a variety of exterior wall systems from insulated metal panels (IMP) to corrugated siding, we can assist. We require a site visit to review the structural integrity and finish of the exterior walls. Call us today or fill out our Contact Form to set an appointment.
