Interview With Briggette Cronin

Briggette Cronin is our new Project Coordinator in charge of handling the scheduling of installations and other projects. Being a new member of our team we wanted to sit down with Briggette for a quick interview about her and how she sees herself at Bode!

Could you give a little background on yourself and who you are?

Briggette: I grew up in Manchester NH and went to Central High School there. I am someone who loves being active, so I have a love for the gym and strive to eat healthy! I love my dog and all dogs in general really. I also like experiencing new things.

Before joining Bode, what did your day-to-day work consist of?

Briggette: I was an office administrator at a maintenance company. My day-to-day would involve processing work orders, sending out techs to perform maintenance requests at residential and commercial properties, and other various tasks.

What was the reason you got into this profession?

Briggette: I really liked the scheduling aspect, as well as being able to perform different tasks to juggle multiple jobs all at once. I was looking for a challenge, but also something that I could still use my experience towards.

What were some of your proudest career Milestones before joining Bode?

Briggette: Some of my most memorable milestones when I was younger were 2 drum solos I had. One at a get together with a live band, and another for my high school band where I had to perform a complicated solo all from memory. I crushed it by the way! Playing rugby and becoming an asset for my team was another milestone for me. I was their secret weapon. I would say my last milestone would be when my old boss went on vacation and I was in charge of handling things while he was gone. I handled everything very well and was congratulated by the owner of the company for the job I did. What would you say are your main strengths? Briggette: My main strengths are my positivity, as I always have a positive mindset. My ability to always rise to the occasion, as when a challenge presents itself, I take it head on. And finally, my resiliency making me more than capable of dealing with tough obstacles. Why did you choose Bode? Briggette: Bode really seemed like a good company. They had what I was looking for in a working environment. I also liked the job position as it presented a good challenge for me and I am excited to rise to the occasion. What are some of your personal goals now that you are officially part of the Bode team? Briggette: A personal goal for me would be to get even better at my job here at Bode. A pro at what I do! I want to be someone that everyone here can count on.

What are you most excited about now that you are part of Bode?

Briggette: I’d say I am most excited to be meeting a whole new group of people, and to continue growing here as an individual. I’m also excited to be doing different things and making new friends here!
