As the owner of BODE, Scott is charged with oversight of the company’s day-to-day operations and building a culture that is second to none.
He started at BODE in 1999 focused on material handling solutions and loading dock/door systems throughout New England. During his time, he has added a General Construction division, Fabrication and Machining division to BODE.
As President and CEO, he strives to mesh these four divisions allowing BODE to support the goals of our clients in a unique way.

Nick is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for BODE and has over 20 years of industrial sales, operations, and project management experience.
His long history in the field enables him to plan and execute customer projects with careful attention to detail. Nick’s experience includes MRO and OEM supplies as well as material handling applications in the industrial manufacturing and construction arena.
Nick earned his B.S in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and has been with BODE since 2012.

Carol Gould was brought on board in 2021 to build the HR department and provide overall direction with HR operations including compliance, recruiting, engagement, and policy.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from having previously worked in the travel and professional sporting industries and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management

As a dedicated and detail-oriented professional, Eric has been implementing and meeting the accounting needs at BODE for many years.
As our Accounting Manager, Eric is responsible for overseeing the efforts of our accounting team and believes that being reliable and trustworthy brings out the best in his department.
Eric earned his B.S in Accounting from Hesser College and began working for BODE in 2014.

Frank brings BODE 30 years of experience with inside and outside sales, relationship cultivation & growth with clients, as well as management of people & projects from many industries.
Most recently, his years of consultative sales in the manufacturing industry give him an understanding of our main clientele’s needs.

Chris joined BODE in May 2016 with an associate’s degree in Computer Technology and over ten years of experience within the industrial sector, including sales and management roles. He was instrumental in launching the Project Management team during his first year and played a key role in its continued growth under Don Rose’s leadership.
Having served as Senior Project Manager for the majority of his time at BODE, Chris stepped into the Department Manager role in 2024. He brings well-rounded experience and leads with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
