Scott Fawcett

President and CEO

As the owner of BODE, Scott is charged with oversight of the company’s day-to-day operations and building a culture that is second to none.

He started at BODE in 1999 focused on material handling solutions and loading dock/door systems throughout New England. During his time, he has added a General Construction division, Fabrication and Machining division to BODE.

As President and CEO, he strives to mesh these four divisions allowing BODE to support the goals of our clients in a unique way.

Nick Hosey

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Nick is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for BODE and has over 20 years of industrial sales, operations, and project management experience.

His long history in the field enables him to plan and execute customer projects with careful attention to detail. Nick’s experience includes MRO and OEM supplies as well as material handling applications in the industrial manufacturing and construction arena.

Nick earned his B.S in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and has been with BODE since 2012.

Don Moccia

Operations Manager

Don joined BODE in 2020 as the Operations Manager. In his role, he oversees all Field Service and Installation Technicians, as well as the scheduling for the company.

He brings over 30 years of Distribution and Operations experience, working for warehouse and operation teams throughout the United States, including Mazda Motors, Caterpillar Logistics, Medco Tool and Rexel Energy.

Interestingly, while in these roles, Don took part in a number of highly successful storage solutions projects with none other than BODE!

 

Don Rose

Head Project Manager

After a long career in aerospace manufacturing and facilities/capital equipment management, Don joined BODE in 2021 to lead and expand BODE’s project management function.

Carol Gould

Human Resources Director

Carol Gould was brought on board in 2021 to build the HR department and provide overall direction with HR operations including compliance, recruiting, engagement, and policy.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from having previously worked in the travel and professional sporting industries and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management

Eric Ferrari

Accounting Manager

As a dedicated and detail-oriented professional, Eric has been implementing and meeting the accounting needs at BODE for many years.

As our Accounting Manager, Eric is responsible for overseeing the efforts of our accounting team and believes that being reliable and trustworthy brings out the best in his department.

Eric earned his B.S in Accounting from Hesser College and began working for BODE in 2014.
