Land Surveying
We are able to survey the land before any site work. This helps us to understand your land boundaries, as well as locate marshes, wetlands, or any other hazards that would prohibit construction.
Foundation Work
We work with a civil or structural engineer in order to create a proper foundation. A proper foundation is necessary for heavy vehicles and construction elements to traverse and be present safely on the site.
Working with the engineer allows us to appropriately calculate the land foundation loads required for your building. This allows us to negate any problems occurring with sinkage, erosion, cracks, and more.
Site Work
Once surveying and foundation are in order, we then move to doing the work on-site. This involves excavating the land, compacting, implementing proper drainage for plumbing and water, piping conduit for electrical, and forming and pouring the foundation slab.
We would then do the asphalt pour for parking, driveways, etc. Before moving on to the pre-construction stage.
Site Services With Bode
At Bode, our strength is to be able to assist our clients from initial concept to final completion. When it comes to construction, we offer site services to our clients in order to get the site ready for their new building or addition.
We can then help in laying out drainage, utilities, driveways, and building entrance locations. Once everything is mapped out we can then help excavate the land and backfill it, while also including grubbing, clearing, and leveling it out!
